Baltimore Sheng Zhen Gong offers classes and practice sessions to learn this gentle, graceful form of qigong that promotes self-healing while reducing stress.

Composed of moving and non-moving forms as taught by Founding Master Li Junfeng, Sheng Zhen is so much more than just meditation. The practice creates a deep state of inner peace and a feeling of love and harmony with the universe.
