Beginners are always welcome in all classes. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Qigong can be practiced in shoes, socks or bare feet. No equipment is needed - just bring yourself and enjoy the practice.

Yoga and Qigong teachers share the ideals of well-being and mind-body equanimity. The Chinese word "qi" is analogous to the Sanskrit word "prana"--meaning life force energy. Sheng Zhen--which means "Unconditional Love"-- Qigong inspires enhanced levels of mind-body integration and inner peace.
Sheng Zhen Gong is a moving and non-moving meditation practice that circulates qi and opens the heart to activate increased physical, mental and spiritual well-being. While practicing these gentle rhythmic movements one moves into harmony with one’s essential nature and experiences a feeling of divine contentment.
Over time Sheng Zhen practitioners are truly able to enjoy what life has to offer and to feel a sense of ease and equanimity even in the midst of life’s challenges.
Qi Gong Flow is low impact, easy on the joints, and includes a series of seated and standing movements which foster an open heart and mind. Drop in classes are $15, 5 class pass is $70 and 10 class pass is $120. Passes can be used to try other Gampopa classes. See brochure here.
