Beginners are always welcome in all classes. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Qigong can be practiced in shoes, socks or bare feet. No equipment is needed - just bring yourself and enjoy the practice.

Sheng Zhen Meditation, a meditation of Unconditional Love, inspires enhanced levels of mind-body integration and inner peace. With practice, Sheng Zhen practitioners are more and more able to enjoy what life has to offer, feeling an renewed sense of ease and equanimity in the midst of life’s challenges.
Sheng Zhen Meditation is a moving and non-moving practice that circulates qi (life force energy) and opens the heart to activate increased physical, mental and spiritual well-being. While practicing these gentle rhythmic movements one moves into harmony with one’s essential nature, experiencing a feeling of peace and contentment. The essence of the practice is learning to synchronize our body, heart and mind as we relax into the healing movements. Sheng Zhen movements are intentionally low impact, easy on the joints, and include seated, standing and prone forms.
Drop in classes are $15, 5 class pass is $70 and 10 class pass is $120. Passes can be used to try other Gampopa classes. See brochure here.
