Baltimore Sheng Zhen offers classes and practice sessions to learn this gentle, graceful form of qigong that promotes self-healing while reducing stress.
Composed of moving and non-moving forms as taught by Founding Master Li Junfeng, Sheng Zhen is so much more than just meditation. The practice creates a deep state of inner peace and a feeling of love and harmony with the universe.

Peter’s Bolton Hill class at Memorial Episcopal resumes on Thursday, September 19, plus he will be teaching a NEW CLASS in the area at The Y in Druid Hill every Tuesday at 5:30 pm starting October 2.

Master Li’s schedule for the fall has changed again, and unfortunately we will need to postpone the October two-day weekend workshop in Baltimore. We hope to have this rescheduled soon.
