Pamela's Friday morning qigong classes at the Yoga Village have tripled in size over the years. Here's your chance to join in!
Qigong is a moving meditation and an internal healing art. It stimulates energy flow in the body while also calming you down. It's gentle on the joints and adaptable to many physical challenges, and it's great for balance.
The style of qigong that Pamela teaches is called Sheng Zhen, which means unconditional love. In this workshop we'll learn standing and seated qigong. Pamela will also give you links to a video so that you can practice on your own at home.
This is open to all levels - beginners welcome. If you're brand new, it's a great place to start. If you've done this qigong before, it's a great way to go deeper than you can in a 1-hour class.
Cost: $20 if you register by February 3rd; $25 at the door.
